From the end of September
De Gewaeghde Bock is on tap
The autumn bock from our own kettles, dark and rich, tapped from the first keg at the end of September and poured until it runs out.
What's on
Four seasonal beers set the rhythm of the year at De Bekeerde Suster: the autumn bock, Vintrus in December, the spring bock and the summer blonde on the terrace. In November and December the rooms fill with Christmas drinks and dinners for teams. What is on right now is below; the bar is open every day from 12:00.
Opening hours: Every day 12:00 – 00:00

November and December
A beer tasting with the brewery story, a dinner in the Bierhal or the whole house for the company: December fills up early, so send your date now.
The brewery follows the seasons. Which beer is on tap right now is above and on the beers page; this is the order they come in.
The dark autumn bock, named after the Waag on the Nieuwmarkt around the corner. The first keg is usually tapped at the end of September, and it pours until it runs out.
The winter beer appears in December in dated vintages, served in 22 cl to be taken slowly. Earlier years are often still in stock, so ask at the bar which vintages are open: two or three side by side is the way to drink it.
The spring bock, a pun on bock and lamb, arrives with the lambs and the first days on the terrace.
The summer blonde: the lighter, drier sibling of De Manke Monnik, made for the stepped terrace on the Kloveniersburgwal.
Team drinks with a beer tasting, a dinner in De Bierhal or the whole house for the company. December fills early, so send your date as soon as you have it. Up to 10 guests reserve a table online; 11 or more plan an event.
